Introducing the long awaited Wine Dinner Series hosted by Carmel Valley Ranch's very own Dynamic Duo: Executive Chef Tim Wood and Sommelier Dave Eriksen.
We are breaking away from the traditional “multi-course-dinner-event” to allow our guests more flexibility on when they would like to dine. One Thursday each month, you can make a reservation in the restaurant, and let them know that you would like to partake in the Wine Dinner Prix Fix Menu. You will be seated where the Winemaker, Chef and Sommelier will frequently visit your table to have personal one-on-one conversations about food, wine, and fun. This intimate format allows you to reserve a table for two, or join your friends and truly get to know the artisans involved in creating your meal; not just listen to them give a presentation to the masses.
For added flexibility, or extra enjoyment, select dishes and pairings from the special menu will be available for the following Friday and Saturday evenings as well. Price will vary with menu and wines offered. Join us for a unique Monterey wine dinner!
