Wine Dinner Series


Join our Dynamic Duo of Executive Chef Tim Wood and Sommelier Mark Buzan as they guide you through a culinary adventure of farm-to-table ingredients inspired by our Organic Garden, the best of local purveyors and the wines and spirits of Monterey County and beyond. Together they will host gourmet dinners, each with a unique inspiration, held in various venues around our 500-acre playground.
