It’s Wellness Month at The Ranch!

The new year is here, and that means resolutions! If you’re looking improve your health in 2020—physically, mentally, or both—The Ranch is the perfect place to get started. From classes in our Fitness Center to activities focused on mindful well-being, there’s something here for every goal and every ability level.

Get moving

The Fitness Center at River Ranch is command central for jump-starting your cardio, muscle, and core health. We offer complimentary (yes, complimentary) exercise classes, including TRX, Aqua Blast, Deep Relaxation Yoga, and many more. Try a new challenge, or stick with your favorites—it’s up to you! Just check the activity calendar in your room or at the Activity Desk in The Lodge for our daily schedule.

And if you really want to take things to the next level, health and wellness coach Lisa Tarsitano, our lead fitness instructor, is available to provide extra motivation and individualized instruction with personal training sessions.

To stay on track, you need the right nutrients—and not only does this delicious smoothie have those, it tastes great, too. Just blend the following ingredients and enjoy!

It’s important to care for our minds along with our bodies, and Spa Aiyana makes it easy to do both with treatments that provide physical and inner replenishment.
