This month we kick off our 2019 Wine Dinner Series with winemaker Dick Doré and a showcase of the fruits of his family’s labor. Foxen’s solar-powered winery and vineyards in Santa Maria, CA, produce a multitude of great varietals. Enjoy five courses with pairings curated by Chef Tim and his culinary team, including:
- Dry Chenin Blanc with green garlic “soup”
- Bien Nacido Chardonnay with Monterey Bay Black Cod
- Two brilliant Pinot Noirs with Duck-Duck Goulash
